Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Grand Hotel Prague Towers was overall pleasant, with great views and friendly staff. The breakfast was a highlight with a lot of variety, but I was taken aback by the extra charges for amenities like the gym and pool. Plus, the parking fees felt a bit steep. Still, I enjoyed the location’s easy access to the city center via the nearby metro.
I stayed at the Grand Hotel Prague Towers for three nights, and while it offered a great location near the Vyšehrad Metro station for easy access to the city, there were definitely some letdowns. My Executive room felt cramped and a bit outdated, which was surprising for a supposed five-star place. However, the views from the pool on the 25th floor were stunning and the staff, especially in the Executive lounge, were super helpful.
I had a mixed experience at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. While the views from the top-floor pool were truly amazing, and the location near Vysehrad and the metro was incredibly convenient, my stay was marred by some service hiccups. The breakfast offerings were good but could have been better managed in terms of cleanliness and coffee service. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs to address some operational issues to enhance the guest experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, though there were a few shortcomings. The room I had offered a amazing view of the city, which was a definite highlight. However, the cramped bathroom and the tall bathtub made it a bit of a challenge at times. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and the hotel's proximity to the metro, which made exploring Prague easy.
