7.4/10
My stay at the Grand Hotel Prague Towers was overall pleasant, with great views and friendly staff. The breakfast was a highlight with a lot of variety, but I was taken aback by the extra charges for amenities like the gym and pool. Plus, the parking fees felt a bit steep. Still, I enjoyed the location’s easy access to the city center via the nearby metro.
Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a room on the 18th floor, which was clean and had a fantastic view of the city. However, the furniture showed signs of wear, and I could hear quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating my limited Czech with ease. They went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, which I really appreciated.
Location
8.0
While the hotel is a bit outside the old town, the metro station right next door made it easy to reach the main attractions quickly, only a few stops away.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast buffet was substantial with many options, including a cook who prepared fresh omelettes, though it came at an additional cost. I also enjoyed dinner at the grill, where the food was good and reasonably priced.
Facilities
8.0
The spa facilities on the top floor offered amazing views, and I enjoyed the massages despite the added costs for using the pool and gym. Still, it felt luxurious and inviting.

7.2/10
I stayed at the Grand Hotel Prague Towers for three nights, and while it offered a great location near the Vyšehrad Metro station for easy access to the city, there were definitely some letdowns. My Executive room felt cramped and a bit outdated, which was surprising for a supposed five-star place. However, the views from the pool on the 25th floor were stunning and the staff, especially in the Executive lounge, were super helpful.
Rooms
6.0
My Executive room was small and felt a bit dated with 1980's-style furniture. However, it did offer some nice views, and the air conditioning worked fairly well during my stay.
Service
6.0
Service was hit or miss; the staff in the Executive lounge were fantastic, but I found the rest of the service to be just average. There were times I had to wait longer than expected.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is convenient, right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get into the city center in about 10 minutes.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was pretty average. I initially went to the 'Let's Eat' restaurant but moved to the Executive lounge for a better spread, although it did get repetitive after a few days.
Facilities
6.0
The small pool on the rooftop was a highlight, offering amazing views of Prague. But other facilities, like the spa, could definitely use some improvements.

5.8/10
I had a mixed experience at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. While the views from the top-floor pool were truly amazing, and the location near Vysehrad and the metro was incredibly convenient, my stay was marred by some service hiccups. The breakfast offerings were good but could have been better managed in terms of cleanliness and coffee service. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs to address some operational issues to enhance the guest experience.
Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything I expected from a 5-star hotel. However, I did notice some outdated features, which detracted slightly from the experience.
Service
6.0
While staff were generally friendly, the service didn't always meet my expectations. I encountered long wait times at the reception and a lack of follow-up on some maintenance issues in my room.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the Vysehrad metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It also offers proximity to beautiful attractions, which I really appreciated.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed a large and varied breakfast spread, but I found the coffee service lacking as it was self-service from a machine and the dining area seemed busy with tables not cleaned promptly.
Facilities
6.0
The pool with its stunning views was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed that the spa services came at an additional cost, which I didn't expect from a 5-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, though there were a few shortcomings. The room I had offered a amazing view of the city, which was a definite highlight. However, the cramped bathroom and the tall bathtub made it a bit of a challenge at times. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and the hotel's proximity to the metro, which made exploring Prague easy.
Rooms
7.0
My room was comfortable and had a stunning panoramic view of Prague. but the bathroom design was a bit cramped and awkward with an oversized countertop.
Service
8.0
The hotel staff were generally helpful and friendly. yet at times, they could have been a bit more welcoming during bar service.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, just steps from the metro, allowing quick access to the city center.
Dining
7.0
While the breakfast served was quite good and extensive. the on-site restaurant was decent but overpriced compared to other options nearby.
Facilities
8.0
The spa on the top floor, including the indoor pool with a view, was a great addition to my stay. although I found the access to the pool a bit confusing.
